Welcome to our Explore Sessions

Your time is precious so we want you to get the most from the time you spend with us.

That’s why we encourage our new clients to undertake an individual Explore Session with us.

 

Our clients tell us that they get so much more from their classes when they have been able to spend time with our experienced instructors, on a one-to-one basis, at the outset. Our Explore Sessions allow us to do just that with you. They give us a chance to get to know your movement history, your level of experience and your own movement goals.

It also gives you the opportunity to invest time in exploring the fundamentals of Pilates, our equipment, and your own specific movement strategies with our instructors. This can make such a difference to your practice, and give you a sense of confidence in your movement.

 
 

One-to-one Explore Session

Book an individual Explore Session and we will discuss your goals and confidence levels, your unique movement history and any past or current injuries, as well as introduce you to all of our equipment. 

We will explain the principles of alignment, breathing, connection and discuss any modifications that may be necessary for you, so that you can experience the maximum joy in your movement practice with us. 

What comes next?
At the end of your Explore Session, we’ll discuss what the most appropriate next steps are for you - whether that is carrying on with individualised attention or joining one of the classes/courses most appropriate for your skill level.

Whichever you choose, you will be reassured that you have given yourself and your Pilates journey the best start.

Explore Session Saver Pack

Our Explore Session Saver Pack offers new clients five personally tailored one-to-one sessions - an incredible opportunity to get into the nitty gritty of assessing your movement and your body’s full potential. 

Over five sessions you will benefit from practical and nuanced guidance to help you move with ease and confidence in all of your daily activities. 

In your first session, your experienced instructor will devise your own individually tailored movement plan. The following four sessions will involve putting your plan into practice, giving you the opportunity to learn, correct, and grow stronger each time.

Practiced before, but new to our Studio?

 

Try an Explore Session & Six Class Pass 

If you have practiced Pilates, or other movement classes before, but are new to our Studio, we encourage you to undertake an Explore Session with us and secure a price reduction on the most appropriate class level for you. We will assess your movement needs and make a recommendation on which of our classes is best suited for you.

You can benefit from our classes or private /semi private sessions live in the comfort of your own home, garden or anywhere you like. All you need for these is an internet connection, a device (such as a tablet or laptop), a mat, pillow and chair.
