Although we can’t promise to improve your handicap, we are committed to helping you find ease in your movement, both on and off the golf course. Slings, created by Karin Gurtner of Art of Motion, is a mix of Pilates and yoga exercises with a focus on fascia, which enables you to do just that.

Will, featured in our photos on this blog, puts it best:

[…with a regular Pilates and Slings practice] my flexibility has increased and with that comes accuracy and power [of my golf swing]. I’m very flattered when guys who are much younger than me are surprised by my flexibility and power at my age.

To anyone starting out with us, we recommend starting with an Explore Session (depending on where you are, this can be in person or online). This is a 55 minute session with Louise or Laurie where we assess your movement, talk to you about your specific goals and give recommendations on how best to meet these goals. Look out for the new online Slings for Golf classes being added to the schedule from the week commencing 20th June 2022. And for those golfers who are local, check out our in person Slings for Sports classes where we work on your rotation, hip mobility and posture to help you perfect that swing with your Slings!
